Good shopping experience. Fair price. Only thing that would stop me from shopping here again is the delivery fee and time compared to other shops that deliver to AUS.
I bought Sidi heals for cycling shoes and you don't supply the screws with it , pretty obvious to me that if heal is worn on shoe the head of screw worn too , they are useless with out screws , even if slightly dearer it would have been better with than without .
Despite the tyres I purchased both failing, Merlin have been helpful, efficient, and easy to deal with. The only thing I would like to see changed is for Merlin to refund customer postage on returning faulty items. I will definitely shop with them again though as they've an excellent product range, and their pricing is hugely competitive. Thanks.
The person I was dealing with Over the phone was perhaps one of the worst customer Relation person I ever had to deal with . After my encounter I searched high and low for the bike elsewhere. Only for the fact price of the bike was very good.I would definitely have purchased it somewhere else.
I bought an electric bike from Merlin. The delivery was very efficient and the bike has been great. Where Merlin have falling down has been in their customer service department. I realise there has been a pandemic but their lack of engagement when I have requested answers to my questions has been poor. I have spent a lot of money on this bike and in normal times I would have been able to try it out etc. I would have hoped that because I wasn’t able to visit the shop I would have got more telephone help.
